Helping our Friend in Need, Matt Mcalary

It is with a heavy heart that we write this GoFundMe for our dear friend Matt Mcalary. He is in dire need of our help and we are reaching out to you on his behalf.

Matt has been battling heart disease for some time now, but his condition recently took a turn for the worse. A couple of weeks ago, he found himself in a life-or-death situation, and his best friend rushed him to the emergency room at Chester County Hospital. Since then, the nurses and doctors have been working tirelessly to keep Matt with us, and for that, we are eternally grateful.

However, medical treatment for conditions like Matt's can be prohibitively expensive, especially when one is underinsured. We want to help alleviate the financial burden on Matt and his family as much as possible so that he can focus on healing. Matt has a 10-year-old daughter who needs him, and we have complete faith in his warrior spirit to fight.

Currently, Matt is on a ventilator, but the doctors and nurses are optimistic that he will recover soon. Even in his current condition, Matt's fighting spirit is as strong as ever. He responds when we speak to him and squeezes our hands when we hold his. He knows we have his back, just as he has always had ours.

We know that Matt has always been the first to lend a hand and the last to ask for help, but now is the time for us to rally around him.
