Josefina Garcia is a mother of four and had been living in Tijuana for 10+ years. Her wish was to always be reunited with her family in California. The past two months she began her battle with cancer. Unfortunately her fight with cancer came to an end. Her children’s and families wish is to grant Josefina what she wanted.
