The HPH Benevolent Fund in Memory of Dr. Joshimar Henry 

On behalf of Humboldt Health Park, we are saddened by the unexpected loss of our Family Medicine Resident, Dr. Joshimar Andre Henry.

 A native of St. Lucia, Dr. Henry was on the path to becoming a full-fledged primary care physician and dedicated his life to the practice of medicine right here in the Humboldt Park community.  His life was a living testimony of his commitment to helping others by supporting the healthiest of outcomes in the lives of our patients.  Dr. Henry truly emulated the mission of Humboldt Park Health in his delivery of quality and compassionate care throughout his residency.  He is survived by his best friend and wife, Heather,  who currently reside in St. Louis.

In honoring the memory of Dr. Henry, we kindly ask for your financial support to the Joshimar to assist his wife, Heather, and his family cover funeral arrangements and related costs.
