HPD Futsal "Saving Shelter Pets"

Hello,
My name is Ryan Cano. I'm 16, and I take part in the Hawthorne Police Futsal Program. The purpose of this program is to provide a fun and unique indoor soccer program that gives kids in the area such as myself a safe place to play, all thanks to both the Hawthorne Police Department and L.A Galaxy and U.S National Soccer player Gyasi Zardes. We have weekly pick up games from 4:15pm-6:00pm at Hawthorne Memorial Park that anyone can participate in. In order to give back to the community for what they did for us, we initiated "Project Opportunity" in order to raise up money to pay for adoption fees for pets at the Carson Animal Shelter. Tons of Dogs are left alone, scared, and eventually put down year by year. It's time for someone to make a stand and help these poor defensless dogs, and that someone is us. Any amount of money is sincerely appreciated. All donations will go out to pay for the Carson Animal Shelter adoption fees. We hope to meet our goal by July 24th. We honestly hope to help these animals as much as we can, and we'd be forever grateful to all who donate. Thank you!
