Help James Go Home

Hey Everyone,

As some of you may know, I've decided to leave Toronto and make my way to start a new life in Halifax. This is where I need your help. As the pandemic has raged on, financing this move has become increasingly difficult to do. Over the last month, I have been let go from my work, my mental health has been horrid, and any government assistance has yet to come through for me. It is a struggle to make ends meet, let alone fund a move for self betterment.

This is where you come in. I'm not someone who typically asks for much - I'm quite staunchly independent, but I really need a sense of community for support at the moment. I know for so many of my dearest friends, especially in hospitality, that donating may be difficult at the time, but if you can contribute anything at all, I could truly use your help right now. If I've ever been a friend to you, served you, been served by you, been a lover, a date, an acquaintance, or family, please consider any impact I've had on your life in this trying time for me. These funds will be used to pay for the move from Toronto to Halifax, and are sincerely appreciated.
