I have lost the use of my right hand because I fell, I just had a MRI done on my neck and I need Cervical Radiculopathy surgery, My share of the cost of this surgery is $2,500 I am retired and recieve only $700 a month Social Security, I can not work at my job (Shipping and Recieving) because of this and there is no way I can afford to pay the co-pay, I need help please.
