Howard Homecoming Tailgate
Donation protected
Each year during Howard University’s homecoming, brothers from all over the country, both alpha chapter and others, come and are greeted and entertained by the current chapter. This primarily happens during the tailgate portion of the week. Brothers and their families are received and provided with food and drink in abundant amounts. Of course, this does not come cheaply. The chapter must first reserve a spot for the event and then purchase refreshments and other tailgate necessities. In an effort to alleviate this cost, we have thrown two very fruitful parties recently and are planning more fundraising efforts in the upcoming weeks.
The goals of this event are to:
1. Improve the camaraderie between younger and older Alpha chapter brothers.
2. Improve on the existing relationship between current chapter and alumni brothers.
3. Provide an entertaining spot for DMV brothers.
We are asking brothers to give a donation to the cause at any of the following three levels:
1. Platinum Sponsorship $100
2. Gold Sponsorship $50
3. Silver Sponsorship $25
We need all funding to be received by Tuesday, October 10th.
