Dear Blue Bird Friends,

Last summer Raymond Trevino and I were both diagnosed with cancer. Since then we have been in frequent contact discussing treatment, side effects, logistics and many other cancer related topics. Early on I asked if I could set up a GoFundMe for him but he resisted. Raymond told me that he had taken care of himself for 50 years and would continue to do so.

Raymond is now looking at two surgeries over the next few months and missing multiple weeks of work. Many Blue Birds have asked how they could help so I approached him again. After much discussion he agreed to let me set one up for him. (I am implementing the fund – it is not affiliated with Blue Bird Circle.) He wanted me to stress that the funds will only be used for medical expenses.

I always love seeing Raymond at the Shop – he adds so much joy to our workday! Please consider helping him with this huge financial burden he will be facing. Thanks!
