How to Survive a Zombie Apocalypse Crowdfund

Hello all, My name is Molly Sizer, I am the Writer & Director of my new film "How to Survive a Zombie Apocalypse" and I would love your help to make this crazy idea become a reality. I would like to ask that you please take the time and read a little about my film and what makes it special.

Synopsis:

When a real zombie apocalypse hits, teen film nerd Leo is convinced he’s got it all figured out. Armed with a meticulously crafted survival guide based on years of binge-watching horror classics he sets out to rescue Ally, the girl he’s just worked up the courage to ask out. But Ally isn’t impressed. She calls Leo out, arguing that his obsession with zombie rules is exactly what’s putting them in danger. Their clash drives a wedge between them, forcing them to go separate ways just when they need each other most. But when Leo discovers Ally is in real trouble, he’s forced to confront the limits of his so-called expertise and toss out everything he thought he knew.

I'm making this film because I’ve found that sometimes we lose sight in what makes films enjoyable by trying to strive for something that we think others will ultimately validate but I want to move forward with a project we as a team can be proud of and people can enjoy without having to decipher.

I wanted to make a final film that doesn’t take itself too seriously but still has a big production with a doable scope and I think I've achieved that. I think we need more films that are just about having a fun time and turning your brain off because that’s what got me into writing and films in general. now the real question is...
