How can I help my friend?

Hi my name is Karen and I don't know how to help my friend in this economy.

Everyone I know is struggling one way or another which brings me to this hopeful fundraiser.

My bestie/sister, Cindy, finally moved back to our home town of Chicago.

We welcomed her with open arms! Too bad the Kia Thieves did the same.

This past Saturday, 09/09 her car was stolen. She is one of over 8 million people who had their Kia/Hyundai stolen this year!

My friend has had the worst flow of events; She, like many of us, is a survivor. She is also an amazing friend, sister, auntie and mini poodle mom of 14+yrs. She is loved by many across the states. She has always been there for her people but especially animals. She is an empath, a dreamer, a hopeless romantic with a huge heart, and I can list many more reasons she makes the world a better place.

If you empathize and donating to this fund is within your means and won't deplete you, we greatly appreciate you. The smallest contribution will gracefully help her get back on her feet by obtaining a $5-$10k car, help with paying her stolen car's remaining debt and other debt from trying to survive while unemployed for half a year without government assistance.

Many of us shy away from asking for financial help especially when health is sound.

But many of us also know that mental health can lead to many physical ailments, and financial struggles can be a great contributor to both.

So as a friend, this is the most I can think to do since I don't have deep pockets myself.
