Housing Repair and Function

My name is Kassil, and earlier this year my mother left where she lived with my spouse and I to live with my brother in another state, leaving us with a mobile home that hasn't seen maintenance in decades. Since then, we've had to do a bunch of repairs and replace multiple things, including cleaning roots out of a septic line for nearly $2000 and replacing the washing machine. This morning, the compressor fan on the fridge has started dying on us, and we need to replace that. Our income is limited to what I can produce via Patreon and Ko-Fi, since we live quite a way from the city and the local industries don't like the idea of remote work. I'm asking for a helping hand to replace the fridge, offset some of those bills, and help us get by a little bit longer. We and our cats would really appreciate it.
We've had to also replace the pressure tank for our well, and the septic line will need work again shortly because the trees here won't go away; the main culprit is nearly 80 feet tall and would cost around $2000 to get removed - a goal that while lovely to think about is beyond us presently.
Even more recently, we've learned we need to replace some of the plumbing in order to replace our water heater, which takes an additional $2000 process and nearly doubles it. Anything that can help defray this is deeply appreciated.
