Hi, my name is Jean Warren, and I created this for my parents, Bud and Darcelle Warren, and my brother Buddy Warren. My parents and brother lost their homes in the Oak Fire in Mariposa County, California. They had no time to save much of anything. Their homes were on Jerseydale Road, where they have lived since 1969. My brother works for the USDA Forest Service on Signal Peak Lookout during the summer. My father is retired from the Forest Service and Yosemite National Park Service. My father was a firefighter for many years in the Sierra Nevada Forest, including at Jerseydale Fire Station. My father is 91 years old and is in feeble health, and my mother provides his care. So much of my parents' lives were spent in Mariposa County, but they may not be able to return to their property. While my father does receive retirement and SSA, it is not even enough to live on without this disaster.
