Secure housing for Ed and John Malone
Donation protected
Hi everyone, my names Samantha. If anyone knows my family, the Malone’s, you know we are strong, hard working, honest people who will give the shirt off our back to someone in more need. My uncle beanie, (Ed Malone) was diagnosed with cancer a couple months back… it is pretty severely all over in his body. Uncle beanie has worked at the Gulf gas station (since changed names) in brick most of his life. If you’re in brick often, I’m sure you’ve met or seen my uncle at work, or on his nightly Walmart runs he used to do after work to make sure every holiday, every birthday, whatever it was, was full of snacks and drinks and silly hats. Uncle beanie taught us how to fish, we’d go down every Monday to his fishing spot (after getting McDonald’s of course) and we would spend hours fishing, catching trees, eels, turtles- uncle beanies the only one that really caught the fish lol but he helped us each time we needed a new line cause ours ripped, or needed new bait cause we weren’t quick enough with the pull. On March 17 2025 my uncle beanie and uncle Johnny were evicted from their home - solely due to the owners wanting to demolish the house and rebuild on the land - which is apparently very legal and the court granted the owners the property. Leaving my uncles with not much time to find somewhere to live - as everyone knows the housing market is trash and very hard to get anything without 100K a year and perfect credit… but we are still looking all over ocean county for them. Even a mobile home, camper, RV- anything will be sufficient for them as at the moment they are without housing. Motels are so costly especially during the summer season, with my uncle out of work due to his cancer - affording a motel is impossible. My uncle John is on a pension/social security based income which is not enough to secure a home. I understand times are hard and tough all around - but if you could share, pray, and/or graciously donate for my uncles to get a home even on wheels, we would be most thankful and grateful for eternity. This has been the hardest most trying year for my whole family - and I just want to be able to help somehow and if getting the word out this way will do it, I will do it.
thank you so much for reading this far, and any questions please reach out.
