Julian is amazing! We are so happy with our mountain home, but as you know it can get a bit snowy here. In fact here was the view out my window after our last snow storm...

But we aren't freezing...we have heat...ALL ELECTRIC HEAT! 

In fact our whole house is electric. Which as you can imagine presents the clear possibility of very large electric bills. As you can imagine, immediately after buying a house, we don't have quite enough to cover this.
