My co-worker and her husband built their dream home in 2006. They relied on the advice of soil experts to ensure their home would NOT settle. Not long after the home was built, it started showing signs of stress. Immediately, my friends turned to these respected and trusted experts for help and advice. However, this deep pocketed company declared zero responsibility yet they had prior knowledge of an underground spring uphill that they never disclosed to Scott & Anisha. The Costs to fix severe settling have surpassed over $150, 000. Additionally, the costs of legal fees continue to rise. Their monthly debt is in excess of $3000/mo. The Gilreath's troubles didn't end there. A fire occurred during some of the repair work. The family was displaced for 10 weeks while the home was without electricity. Was this family able come back to their dream home? No! Mold was discovered in the basement, due to 10 wks without power and water found beneath the home's surface . A walk in the neighborhood uncovered yet another problem: cemetery headstones were found desecrated in a pile under some brush. The Gilreath's have found themselves in a seemingly endless legal battle to correct these multiple deceitful acts. They are unable to refinance because of zero equity and they have exhausted all resources to pay mounting expenses. These are good, hard-working people, trying to do the right thing. I want to help them and their three young children. Scott and Anisha only want to make things right and to pay off this unexpected, all-consuming debt. The Gilreaths will be grateful for any amount that you can provide. If possible, the sooner, the better as their financial situation is quite dire. From the bottom of their hearts, they are truly grateful for your consideration. Thank you so much.
