Amelia is a poor houseless trans woman in Pittsburgh, PA who recently got into an car accident in the car she was going to use as a home. The car is uninsured, the inspection is expired, the registration is expired, the front tires are bald, and now the front end is damaged. She needs money to get the car out of tow, repair it, make it street legal, as well as money for first months rent and deposit on an apartment.
