Many of you have known me for many years. What you may not know -- until now -- is the increasing financial pressures which I've been facing since the pandemic. Within the past few months, especially, I -- and others in this household -- have been struggling financially -- not to just make ends meet, but to obtain essentials. Never, since I stopped drinking, through the mercy of God, has the situation been so dire. I'm speaking of groceries, transportation, medical bills, including prescriptions -- all little things in themselves... until you don't have money to pay for them. Being disabled makes it impossible for me to simply run out and get a job. I have difficulty even walking. Knowing that you face your own considerable challenges, I only ask for what you might reasonably spare. This is not expected to be an ongoing problem. I just need help to get out of what I expect to be a temporary monetary shortfall. My thanks and prayers.
