EDIT: The trailer has been recovered!!! It was found loaded up with stolen goods from all around the neighborhood, and we're currently working with the sheriff's department to see if anything on it belonged to my sister.
It hasn't been released, and the robbers haven't been caught quite yet, but it's a great step forward!

Last week, my sister's house was robbed of absolutely everything.
She bought a house out in the country months ago - it was her dream location, and she talked constantly about setting up a little garden and farm stand.
She got a loan and purchased the foreclosed property, but it needed a lot of work before it could be livable. So for months, she and my dad (who both work full time) have been out there on weekends working to pull up old wood, fixing the electric, digging ditches for water lines and making the house into a home.
This past weekend, they went out to work again... and everything was gone.
Some jerks stole a cement mixer, a trailer, every single tool, tiles my sister picked out for her bathroom, gloves, pvc pipes, waterbottles... literally everything that wasn't part of the house itself.
They even stole a half-used bottle of bleach.
My sister and dad lost over $10000 worth of building materials and they are absolutely devastated.
They've been scouring local pawn shops and flea markets, and have spoken to law enforcement. But it's not looking good.
We're looking for donations to help recoup some of the costs of all the tools and materials that they lost and help my sister actually be able to fix her house.
