House Preparations for Joe!

My dad (Joe) had his bone marrow transplant the day before Thanksgiving. This has been a long process, and both my dad and the rest of my family are ready for healing. We, Nicole (me!), Matthew, Lizabeth, and Ava, will be busy in the next few weeks preparing the house for him to come home. Because he will need to be in a sterile, low-risk environment, this in an intensive task. We will need to do a deep cleaning, both ourselves and pay for people to do so professionally.
Knowing that he will be spending much of his time in his room for the next several months, his kids have taken up the task of renovating! We will be painting, redecorating, and trying to create a warm and comfortable space that he can heal in. The way a room looks and feels can make a big difference when you are confined to it. We want to get him a table to have his coffee at in the morning, a (ridiculously) comfortable chair for him to be in, and some other furnishings to make the space more comfortable and inviting for him.
It would mean a lot to us if you could help us make this happen. We're putting in the time, but unfortunately, projects like this also need cash. If you are able to contribute, your money would be helping us pay for a professional cleaning service to come and would help us refurnish and renovate Joe's bedroom. Any contribution (and we mean it, even $20 would make a difference!) would help us be able to create a clean and comfortable space as we prepare for him to come home.
