House of Soles is a shoe reseller owned by sixteen-year-old twin brothers Lennie and Lonnie Smith in Okemos, Michigan. Inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement and motivated by the COVID-19 pandemic, Lennie and Lonnie decided to take their passion for shoes and turn it into a business. The brothers wanted to show the community and the world what young Black men could achieve given a chance to survive. As a result, they have mutually decided to donate a portion of their proceeds to Black Lives Matter and St.Jude's Children's Hospital.
