As many of you know House of Constance and the promise of intentional BIPOC Trans housing has been our focus for the past year and a half.

Unfortunately, shortly after the most recent winter freeze in early January we experienced a MAJOR setback. The pipes in House of Constance burst, and water permeated much of the house.

As a result we have had to reorganize our plans to renovate House of Constance and replace them with plans to mitigate water and mold as well as demolition on parts of the house.

As you can imagine unexpected house repairs as a result of the weather for a house the size of House of Constance are not cheap and also surpasses our current financial capacity.

We are hoping to RAISE 150k to continue with water and mold mitigation efforts, replacing appliances as well as demolition to prepare for what will now be the Second Phase of House of Constance Construction.
