Gavyn Johnson-Dean Condo Flood Damage Repair

My best buddy Gavyn has been living on his own in this condo since I met him 20 years ago. He works his butt off to help support and provide for his mom, son, and girlfriend with whom he has moved in with. 20 years of stuff is a lot, and as him and I were clearing out his attic the main fire sprinkler line burst. For 20 minutes until the fire department arrived and turned off the water a Niagara Falls came from the roof, collapsing the ceiling, and flooding the entire apartment as well as the 2 below. Needless to say there is a ton of damage not only to his structure and things, but his neighbors as well. In these tight times he, as well as many of you, are doing his best to get by and with the deductible, litigation, and responsibility for the neighbors apartment damage, it would be a stretch for any of us to afford that out of pocket. Anyone  who’s met Gavyn will tell you he’s a good man, great father, a giver, and someone who although he’s been on his own since high school would give you the shirt off his back if he though it could help. He’s been there for me  in tough times and now it’s time for me, and I’m asking for you, to help in any way possible to be there for him. Thank you.
