My our names are Trish and Dan. I am currently a lifeguard and swim instructor part-time; Dan is a Finish Carpenter. We have recently had a house fire in which we lost everything. We weren't home when it started, and therefore we had no chance at saving anything. Everything burned not really a thing worth salvaging.

Our 2 cats, we call them our children, were EVERYTHING; our whole lives revolved around them. Everyone that knows us could tell you how much we loved them. They loved them too. The kitties made sure anyone who visited had no choice but to love them. They did not make it out. They were at home on the couch sleeping when we left only 20 mins earlier. WE ARE HEARTBROKEN.

Not only have we lost our home of 15+ years, but we lost everything we own, all cherished items, photos, baby pics, everything... but we have also lost our kitties - "our children" - our everything.
