House Fire Relief Fund for the Alexander Family

Hi, my name is Alexa, and I am Anesa’s older sister. My dear sister and her family lost her house to a house fire yesterday while they were all away at school, daycare, or work. Their two beautiful cats Ernest and Gizmo did not survive the fire, and the house is likely to be deemed a total loss. They are scrambling to piece back together their lives and their hearts after this horrible tragedy.

If you know my sister, you know that she is one of the most kind, caring individuals in the world. You’ll also know that things were hard for her and her family this past year. Yet they persevered.

Please help me provide them with some relief. At the moment, they need assistance in renting an apartment for the foreseeable future until they can rebuild their house. Some of that will be covered by insurance thankfully, but as you know, it takes time to get the process rolling with insurance and inspections, etc. Any funds donated will help them with their emergency relocation costs.

Later, once they are able to get a better idea of other ways people could help, we will be sure to give you an update. At the moment they can’t get into the house to see what is salvageable until the inspection is done so we don’t know what they will need.
