We are the Gallacher family, and we are starting this fundraiser for a family member who has just experienced a tragic loss of a home, his belongings and his animals in a house fire. William served in the Canadian Military in the mid 1990’s. He is a very talented man and unwaveringly kind. He is an artist, musician and had 3 beloved dogs, 2 of which, Gus and Patch have perished in the fire, among his other pets. William has experienced many losses these last few years with the loss of his father and his mother and his ability to work and drive due to multiple disabilities, including Epilepsy.

William is a local veteran who served his country and is now in need of your help. William left his home in the middle of the night after attempting to save all of his pets and ended up leaving with nothing. Not even shoes on his feet. William is currently in the hospital with smoke inhalation and is experiencing severe grief of his life that he knew. This is a man in need. In need of support from his community. He is in need of basic necessities to get back on his feet.
