House Fire Relief for Charro and Scott
Beschermde donatie
On Friday, January 10th, our good friends, Charro and Scott Herrick, lost their home in a fire. Thankfully, due to the swift and heroic actions of a neighbor, the family's 3 dogs were evacuated safely. Sadly, one of the dogs had a litter of puppies just days prior and the puppies were not able to be rescued.
Charro and Scott have spent the last 15+ years making their house a home. The fire moved quickly and as a result, the family has lost everything they have worked so hard to build, including belongings, family heirlooms, and irreplaceable memories.
As the shock is beginning to wear off, they are faced with the task of rebuilding their lives from scratch. For the time being, they have a warm and safe place to stay for as long as they need, however, basic necessities are lacking. We're asking for your help to rally around them with us, during this incredibly tough time. Charro and Scott are both dedicated educators who have spent the better part of their lives supporting and caring for kids. In the coming weeks, they are going to need to be met with the same level of compassion and caring they give to so many.
Please consider donating today and sharing this page with whoever you can. Your kindness and support will make a huge difference.
