House Fire Recovery for The Rice Family

Hi, my name is Leah Potter and I am posting on behalf of Ron and Linda Rice who are the grandparents of my boyfriend, Clayton Rice. On April 17th at around 5:15pm, the Rice family experienced a significant curve ball that has placed a major impact on their lives. The Rice’s vehicle and most of their home were completely destroyed as a result of the smoke, flames, and water damage from a house fire. After searching through the debris, only a few of their possessions have been recovered. In the next couple days, they will figure out if any more of their belongings can be salvaged.

The Rice’s have lived in Lewis Center for the majority of their life and are involved in numerous hobbies. They also spent several years in both Texas and Honduras to serve and do mission work. They have lived a faith-based life, attending Marysville Church of Christ for many years and have been extremely influential to the people around them.
