As some of you might know, last week our dear friend and colleague, Gwen Clay, suffered a house fire. Everyone was safe, thank God, but Gwen’s family has lost everything. This would be distressing anytime, but, in light of what is going on in the world right now, someone losing their home-their safe space-is particularly devastating. As Gwen and her family are assessing what their needs are going to be over the next few days, weeks, and months, we are hoping to come together as a mishpacha (a family) to raise funds to alleviate some of the initial financial struggles. This is an extremely difficult time for everyone right now, both financially and emotionally, so if you are not able to contribute, please keep Gwen and her family in your thoughts and prayers during this time.
