House Fire Recovery For Desirae and RA McGee

My colleague, Desirae McGee, lost her home last night to a fire. Fortunately, she and her family had not moved in yet so no one was hurt. Unfortunately, their home was destroyed, and their six months of sweat equity, beautiful millwork that they had so painstakingly researched and preserved, and family dream home are only ashes. As we're all aware, construction costs have skyrocketed, materials are hard to come by, and it'll take years to recoup what they've lost. It's the type of thing that you never imagine will happen to you.

Have you read the book, The Go-Giver? It's a profound little book about the spirit of authentic giving and the law of return. Des is one of these people always willing to help her colleagues, her clients and her community. She has been the recipient of the Go-Giver Award in our firm for repeatedly making herself available for others, volunteering her time to help veterans, organizing fundraisers, and continuously lending a hand where needed.
