On July 18th, 2026 the Magliaro family experienced something no family ever expects. Their family home was devastated by a fire.

Above everything else, they are incredibly grateful that their family made it out safely. There were 3 kids and one grandchild in the home at the time. Peter’s quick thinking helped get everyone to safety, and they will forever be thankful for it. But in a matter of moments, the place they called home and so many of their belongings were lost or damaged.

Unfortunately, the family did not have insurance, making the road ahead even more difficult. They are now facing the enormous task of rebuilding their home and replacing so much of what was lost.

Anyone who knows Joleen and Peter knows how much family and community mean to them. They have spent years helping others, supporting local families, volunteering, fundraising, sponsoring community events, and lending a hand whenever they could. Now it’s our turn to surround them with the same love and support they have shown so many others.

This GoFundMe has been created to help ease some of the financial burden as the Magliaro family rebuilds. Donations will go toward rebuilding costs, replacing household necessities and belongings, and the many unexpected expenses that come with starting over after a fire.
