House Fire: Help the Koroma Family Recover

We are reaching out with a plea for help on behalf of our parents, Mohamed & Hannah Koroma. On Thursday, January 25th, they experienced the unimaginable - a devastating fire started on the 2nd floor of their family home in the Bronx, NY. Thankfully, everyone is safe.

Although NYC firefighters were able to contain the fire, the house is now uninhabitable due to the extensive water damage that occurred to every floor of the home. They’ve lost everything. Most importantly, they need to find temporary housing until their home is repaired and/or rebuilt, which we do not have a timeframe for yet.

Now they need to figure out how to rebuild their lives after their family home of 26+ years was destroyed. As they rebuild their lives, your contribution will help provide necessities and essentials during this challenging time. Any support is deeply appreciated.
