House Fire Help for Kim

My mama’s home burned down this morning. We are SO THANKFUL that she is okay and unharmed. But everything else is gone. Her quilts. Her clothes. Photos and furniture. All of her pets. They’re all gone.

This was my mama’s home for the last 40 years. My sisters and I grew up in that home. Learned to walk and fight and love in that home. It was full of birthdays and Christmas’s and graduations. Heartbreak and eggshells and learning what is important in life. Everything my mother had and treasured. They’re all gone.
