Hello Everyone, My mother (Vicky Walters) is currently rebuilding my Grandad (Melvyn Walters / Bampy’s) house which he left her when he devastatingly and suddenly passed away in 2023.

My Amazing Mother and Step Father have rebuilt this house from scratch to live in themselves with my young siblings and it sadly caught fire early hours 26/10/25.

It was nearly finished after a difficult 2 years of rebuilding it but has now been ripped apart by a horrific fire.

Photos show that it needs ANOTHER new Roof, a whole new upstairs (bedrooms, bathroom etc) and her new kitchen has also been completely ruined.

My mother works every hour under the sun down The Royal Glam Hospital in Llantrisant on the wards as well as having a second job, caring in the community, to get this house finished whilst also living in her current house, paying the ever rising bills and along with my step father, looking after a young family and rebuilding this house.

This has caused unbelievable sadness, grief, worry and stress.

My mother as well as myself grew up in this house so this has been beyond belief to have happened.

If you could spare anything to help my Parents relieve some of this now financial crisis, would be unbelievably helpful.
