Casey Woody house fire

Update: We want to thank everyone who has reached out to us this weekend. God is good and so are our friends and family!

Because several folks have asked…right now an immediate need is tools. Again, we know God will provide, but if anyone wants to “do something”, donations of tools or gift cards to Harbor Freight, Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc. so he can replace his tools. Thank you so much to each person who has donated to this Go Fund Me so far. We could never thank you enough. God is in this story.

Last night (March 29), while at my mom and dad’s, my brother, Casey, received a message that his house was on fire. By the time we all arrived, the house was fully engulfed in flames. We are thankful Rooster was with him and his other animals were outside. Other than that, he lost everything.

This is a devastating loss. It is especially difficult for all of us as our parents lost their house to a fire in 2008, and Casey’s house was our grandmother’s home. We know God will provide a way. We are trusting Him. As Casey said last night, “Jesus had the worst Good Friday. At least I’m not hanging on a cross.”

We were so thankful to all who have reached out already and all those who showed up last night to help with the fire. I will follow up with more details as we try to sort them out today. If you would rather give directly, please message me.
