Hi! My name is Lora. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. The past couple years have taken a huge toll on me as I have lost most all of my family and support system and only have my sister and my niece left, and unfortunately they are half way across the country. I made it through the surgery, however, I still have to go through radiation treatments. Unfortunately, my lease on my small apartment is up and I cannot afford to renew the lease. I will be homeless during my radiation treatments and I am hoping that there are some kind people in this world that will help me with the costs of a hotel, food and some gas money for 1-2 months time. Please know that I have tried all the resources that my social worker gave me, as well as a few I found on my own. They either didn’t have any more funds or I didn’t meet the qualifications of having a home address. I appreciate any donation you can make to help me through this difficult time. Thank you.
