Hot Yoga NorthWest Covid-19 Perseverance Campaign
Donation protected
HI! I'm Mica Fish, Owner of Hot Yoga NorthWest in Vancouver, WA.
I am born and raised NorthWest.
I started this studio 7 years ago from the ground up.
We have grown to offer 7 styles of classes, and a myriad of Boutique and Individualized offerings.
Our growth trajectory was upwards of 33% year over year and HYNW had had its best 90 days prior to March 10th.
We are on fire. We had been Training, Growing, & Improving. And now, we must ask for help from You with this Go Fund Me Campaign to Persevere.
Who Benefits?
1) Practitioners who want access to a post-covid-19 Best Practices studio. Their friends and families.
2) Employees, & Partners of Hot Yoga NorthWest who hope to return to Functional and Safe/ Socially Distanced Working Environment.
3) Members who will stay connected and participate through our Virtual Studio.
What will the Funding provide for Us?
We remain at our current location, complying with small group gathering numbers (10) and Social Distancing. Though we can provide classes in this way, this is not economically viable for the long term. We implement Best Practices Industry standards.
* Payroll, Operating Costs, & Rent assistance. 180 days.
*Antimicrobial Flooring Replacement & Installation
*Ergonomic Flow improvements to the space to allow for fluidity and social distancing.
*Audio-visual Equipment installation.
*Retooling of the space to accommodate the businesses best practices for sanitation.
Automation for no touch electronic business practices.
When do we need funding?
We need funding Now and in the next 30 days.
My goal is to use this quiet time to install equipment, do the construction, lay the flooring, automate the space and be ready to teach some Yoga and Pilates when we are able to open our doors again!
At this time HYNW has received Zero Assistance from the studio's Landlords. The studio has lost 75% of it's monthly revenue, and we are still producing & offering 2-3 classes a day in the Virtual Studio. HYNW has not been approved for any of the Federal or State relief funding as of yet though we completed every application on Day 1 of each offering.
What would the funding mean to HYNW?
Funding for us would mean that we re-open.
With this funding we could reopen and weather the economic storm of the Great Pause. HYNW could be a business leader for our community and provide a transformational healing space for our members. It means Teachers get paid, Operations continue, and the space stays standing for all to come and practice.
We can come back better.
We can set a precedent and comply with Best Practices.
Donating to our cause shows support. Trust to create a space best suited to take care of HYNW patrons. It is humbling and I take great responsibility for my community.
All of us at HYNW would be so grateful for your financial assistance.
To keep it fun and have a little levity to look forward to, donations of $5700 or more will receive the option to join us, complimentary of the studio, on our Hot Yoga retreat in Puerto Morales, MX in November, 2020. *details provided upon donation. Limited Space.
