Shannon was recently diagnosed with thyroid cancer.

While her faith, humor, and sass (yes, hot girls do get cancer too) remain intact, the reality is heavy: countless doctor appointments, surgery, treatment, navigating the insurance system as a freelancer, and time away from work all come with overwhelming costs, on top of the side effects of this terrible disease.
