It has been brought to our attention that kids at school are teasing Jaiden, telling him his hot chocolate fundraiser is “lame” and that “no one is even going to show up”, so let’s keep sharing and ensure he has a fantastic turn out !

Hot Chocolate with Heart

This weekend, my nephew Jaiden (12) will be hosting a hot chocolate stand to raise money for a dog rescue (Tyson N Friends), all in memory of Logan Everton.

Last year, our family experienced an unimaginable loss when Logan—my boyfriend—was tragically killed in a snowmobiling accident at just 22 years old. This was Jaiden’s first experience with grief, and in the midst of that sadness, he wanted to do something good.

Logan was an uncle to Jaiden, they shared the same hobbies and interests, along with a deep love for dogs. Jaiden decided to turn his grief into KINDNESS by raising money for a dog shelter & donating it in Logan’s memory. What started as a small idea turned into something truly incredible. Last year we were completely blown away by the love, support, and generosity shown by our community. We know how proud Logan would have been.

This year, we’re doing it again! Another cup of hot chocolate. Another chance to give back. Another donation made in Logan’s memory.️
