Hi, my name is Jason Sewell. I’m a single father.

I went in on Aug 27 to have a kidney biopsy. Everything went well, but on August 29, I had to be rushedto the hospital from work by ambulance. Because of a major bleed coming from my kidney.

Update they have released me to go home, but I can’t go back to work for the unforeseeable future. I do have insurance and I do have short-term disability, but I’m not sure when that kicks in. I just need a little help until my insurance kick

Thanks in advance for anything you can do. God bless you. I don’t know what else to do. I’ve never done this, but I’ll do anything it takes to make sure my bills are paid for my children.
