Hospitalized and needing your help

Hello, my name is Patrick and I have fallen on some bad times I was hospitalized for 2 months and during that time we lost our apartment and are living in a hotel. I am back to work but will not be paid until the 19th and we need help to stay in the hotel and gas to get to work and also some food. I'm setting my pride aside and asking for help. I've never been in this situation before and I am sorry for having to ask. Anything will help.
