Hospital Fund Raising - My Brother Yudhi H Irawan

My name is Fandhi Handoko Irawan, and I am BC resident and Canadian Citizen.

My brother Yudhi Handoko Irawan has been in Canada since February 5th, 2020, and he came here as visitor.

Yudhi was planning to go back home (Indonesia) on June 22, 2020, but his flight got canceled due to Covid, so I had to extend his stay. 

During this summer, Covid cases were still really strong in some asian countries such as Taiwan which was the transit country that Yudhi had on his original flight schedule to go back to Indonesia, and also there were many positive cases on the flight passengers all around the world. 

His original travel health insurance company (Allianz) didnt allow him to extend his coverage, and we could not find any other local health insurance companies that would cover for people with visitor status like Yudhi.

So Yudhi does not have health insurance since June until now. This is NOT the option we wanted but we didnt have other options. 

Yudhi got sick about 3-4 weeks now, started with regular coughing and built up to shortness of breath and chest pain. 

I decided to check Yudhi to the doctor. I made appointment and on Saturday November 14, 2020 took Yudhi to Coquitlam Walk-In Clinic at Walmart by Jack Nathan Health at Coquitlam city center mall. The doctor requested Yudhi immediately to be brought to emergency room due to Low Oxygen level (70%).

I took Yudhi to Emergency Room at Eagle Ridge hospital immediately, and they admitted him in critical care due to low oxygen level.

They transferred Yudhi to Fraser Health critical care in Surrey at 2am Sunday November 15, 2020.

He has been in critical care until today since Yudhi oxygen level is still low and they found out this is Pneumonia. 

We dont have enough money to cover Yudhi's critical care cost.

Through this gofundme, I am looking for some help Emergency Fund from you in any way to help cover the hospital cost for Yudhi.
