Hospital Expenses for Maria Valdez

Maria Valdez is a paraprofessional who works at the elementary in Salado.  On Monday October 12th, she suffered a heart attack while jogging at the Holland track where she lives.  Her family hasn't asked for any help but given the fact that Maria has poured so much into our school and kids here at Thomas Arnold Elementary, we wanted to do something to help take the burden off of her family during this traumatic unexpected event.  Maria works with our youngest children in our Pre-Kindergarten classes.  The students absolutely love her sweet and comforting demeanor and run to her upon arriving at school.  

Maria has two children of her own, Isabel who is 10, and Christian who is 7.  Please consider helping us give back to this sweet family as Maria has dedicated the last several years to helping us educate our students here at Thomas Arnold Elementary.
