As some of you know, Garrett Kienke has developed a very serious mental illness. The doctors are not sure if it’s related to a recent fall he had where he hit his head or a new development with his mental health. They are continuing to evaluate him. He is having moments of total psychosis, where he is not sure whom he is and which of his friends and family he can trust. With these delusions and paranoia he has had bursts of anger and has not been safe to be around.

This has been going on and escalating for the last couple weeks and, as of me writing this, he is still in the hospital.

If you know Garrett, you know what I just described is nothing like the man we know. Our family is confused, scared for his future and devastated. We do not have an estimate yet for how long he will be hospitalized.

Our income is significantly reduced while he is in this state and we expect hospital bills to start accumulating quickly. Any donated funds will go to keeping a roof over our heads and medical costs.
