Hospital Bill - Operation

Hello,

My name is Dave Holm and I have been recently diagnosed with two tumors (6cm/2cm) on my left adrenal gland and the adrenal gland needs to be removed as soon as possible.

The operation is planned for September 7th at the University hospital in Basel and hopefully I will be home 4-5 days later.

Looking forward to a full recovery, I’ll be out of commission for about 2 weeks. Being self employed that also means no income during this time….

Reason behind this GoFundMe campaign is that I have a dilemma because my insurance will not cover the cost of the whole procedure and I will be left with a CHF 3000.- plus bill which I can absolutely not afford. I’m already in the minus because of Covid and still trying to pay off those loans.

So, I am now reaching out to my friends, family and those who who can help me cover the hospital costs.

Any leftover funds after paying the hospital bills will be donated to cancer research.
