Hospital and recovery for Trap Landry
Donation protected
Trap has suffered a devastating fall to the hip. He was taken by ambulance to Whidbey General Saturday night where surgeons reviewed and prepared for a complicated deconstruction of hardware, from previous leg fracture, to allow for safe reconstruction of hip fracture. After a weekend of excruciating pain, Trap has come through a successful surgery and is in recovery at Whidbey General awaiting release.
We know Trap as best dad, brother, newlywed, neighbor, weather disaster prep-pro, orchid keeper, but most know him as the chef who comfort-feeds the community. Tassa is presently outfitting their wee abode with necessary tools for a long term recovery and rehabilitation. Full physical recovery is expected however the expense will be daunting. The hospital bill will arrive as both Tassa (full time care-giver) and Trap will be unable to keep their previous jobs schedule. Please help these newlyweds endure their first challenge. We thank you in advance for well wishes and monetary assistance, and we will keep you updated on Trap’s long trek back to standing in his beloved kitchen.
Thanks Docs and Nurses for your exceptional care!
