Dear friends / family members,

I am writing to you today to let you know about the loss of my Dad, Jesus ‘Jess’ Rosario. He was hospitalized for 18 days due to pneumonia and Covid. He had a hard time breathing and made him weak. Today his heart stopped beating and they tried to revive him but to no avail. He passed away around 6:45 am January 24, 2022.

We are absolutely devastated by my Dad’s passing and are struggling to find the funds to cover the cost of the hospital bill. Based on Qualimed Hospital here is a breakdown of all the costs involved in the hospital, funeral service and travel cost for us to go home:

PhP 574,300.45 (running bill, waiting on the net bill after deductions)

PhP 40,000 cremation service

USD $5000 travel expense for 2 (airplane tickets)

* Memorial service cost still pending.
