"Whoever builds a Masjid for Allah, Allah will build them a house in Jannah".

Dear respected brothers and sisters

With the help of Allah SWT, The Horsell Masjid & Islamic Centre in association with Bangladesh Cultural Association were able to acquire a property for the benefit of the Mosque, and have priority use of a hall for the provision of worship and community services which have been running for many years now, Alhamdulillah.

The Mosque is raising funds to maintain the regular upkeep of facilities and services.

The Mosque and the community that serve it have grown from strength to strength. Some of the Mosque's activities and services include:

·    Building on the core activities of worship and daily Quranic education classes for children, the Mosque provides classes for adults and support services for the community where all are welcome to drop in.

·    The imam and committee have built good ties and dialogue with the interfaith community for the sharing of ideas, co-operation and bond in the wider community. 

·    Iftar is provided over the course of Ramadan along with a special iftar evening where the Mosque hosts key members of the community and council, to positively reinforce the engagement and perception of the Woking Muslim community. 

·     The Mosque hosts seminars with notable guest speakers on relevant topics as reminders for us all, with importance placed on engaging our youth in these events. 

·    It has most recently been a location as part of the food bank initiative to help the needy in the community.
