Hi Friends! I'm raising money to benefit Freedom Hooves Therapeutic Riding Center...to sponsor one of their horses for a year, and any donation will help make an impact! Freedom Hooves is a place I saw my younger brother, who had spina bifida and was a wheelchair user, find freedom, security, and confidence. He passed away in 2015 and since then Freedom Hooves has gotten even closer to my heart. I would give them every dollar in my wallet if I could, but alternatively, I thought I'd tap into the INCREDIBLY generous community of friends that I've been blessed with. Since 1999, FHTRC has helped individuals with physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities find strength and independence through the power of the horse. Many of our riders who have never spoken have said their first words to their horse. Many are finding strength both internally and externally because of this unique type of therapy. We see miracles happen at Freedom Hooves everyday.
