The Story:
How far would you go for your local football club? For our committee members Simon and Jareth, the answer is 10,000 feet!
On 25th July 2026, Simon and Jareth are taking a "leap of faith" to raise vital funds for Hopton Harriers FC. As a grassroots club, we pride ourselves on being a place where everyone can play football, and your donations help us keep that mission alive.
Why are we jumping?
We are raising funds to ensure every single player at Hopton Harriers fc has the best possible experience, from their very first kick little penguins to their development and competitive matches.
Your donations will support:
- Inclusivity for All: Funding our successful FA Comets (Ages 5–11) Children with a disability or SEN needs and our Pan-Disability sessions (Ages 12–16). These sessions provide vital, inclusive football for children with disabilities or SEN needs. We all at Hopton Harriers believe all children should be given the opportunity to play football .
- Modern Training Gear: Providing up-to-date, high-quality training equipment for all our mainstream teams to ensure our players can develop their skills with the best tools available.
- Clubhouse & Pitch Care: Essential refurbishments to our toilets and building, plus the "seed and feed" program to keep our pitches match-ready.
