Hospice fund for Dean Groff

Many may not know, but my brother Dean has been suffering congestive heart failure for the last four years and is nearing the end of his time with us.  Dean just turned 39 and is currently residing at Hopewell Hospice in Portland, but his insurance and funds are running out.

We are asking for help with his current expenses so he can remain under the wonderful care of Hopewell Hospice in Portland as long as he needs.

We are also asking for some assistance with his end of life expenses so Dean can be given a proper memorial  after his passing.

Please help Dean and my family through this difficult time as you are able.
